A source familiar with the meeting said deputy chief of staff Jim Messina, who has been the point person on “don’t ask,” is expected to be in attendance along with senior adviser Valerie Jarrett, director of the Office of Public Engagement Tina Tchen and legislative affairs director Phil Schiliro.
