		<description>If I understand this rightly, we are making real progress as a nation, and as a minority.
As a gay/bi man in my early 60&#039;s I have vivid memories of the days when being actively LGB was a crime in all 50 states, punishible by imprisonment, assault, mental and physical torture, rape and handicapping social penalties

While we know that justice delayed is justice denied, I am optimistic about the direction this Administration, and our world at large, seems to be moving.
