Texas Governor Perry Snared by Gay Marriage Issue

Earlier this week I reported on the provocative move by Texas Gov. Rick Perry to apply his fondness for the 10th Amendment to gay marriage. He said last week: “Our friends in New York six weeks ago passed a statute that said marriage can be between two people of the same sex. And you know what? That’s New York, and that’s their business, and that’s fine with me. That is their call. If you believe in the 10th Amendment, stay out of their business.”

    You are a Bible belt Bigot. We have been together 43 years We spend a lot of money in Texas taxes home cars barn fencing tons of stuff to improve the state of Texas. Exactly wwhat is it going to hurt you if we are married? At this point you will soon be out anyway and maybe someone who believes in the love of your fellow man/woman will be more forward thinking I hope so although it will be to late for us.Sue Miller
