School Filtering Gay, Transgender Sites Goes to Court
A federal judge heard arguments Thursday on whether a central Missouri school district should be barred from using Internet filtering software that has prevented automatic access to some websites with information on gay, lesbian and transgender issues. U.S. District Judge Nanette Laughrey made no immediate decision on whether to impose a preliminary injunction against the Camdenton School District at the request of attorneys for the American Civil Liberties Union. She also was considering the school district’s assertion that an unnamed student and several organizations that operate websites had no legal standing to bring the lawsuit because they had not suffered any harm from the district’s policy.

Christian bigots at it again> its surprising we cant hear their predecessors screams from hell.
Of course, hell and the devil are just BS stories to frighten the faithful into handing over their money.
Religion is just a big corrupt business. No wonder repubs support big biz and religious extremism
