An Oklahoma man is filing suit against the state over his sexual preference. The man wants to get a vanity license plate for his car with the letter IM GAY, which spells out I’m gay. Oklahoma officials have so far denied the request, based on an internal rule against special license tags that, “may be offensive to the general public.”
